Our corporate headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota, houses our maintenance, administrative, dispatch, and customer service staff, as well as some of our respiratory therapists and service technicians. The account manager is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our current clients as well as acquiring new clients.
Customer Service Representative The customer service representative provides comprehensive service to our oxygen and respiratory customers over the phone. Duties include insurance verification, heavy phone order intake, and data entry. In addition, customer service representatives must be able to handle and resolve any customer issues that arise in a timely and efficient manner. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Minimum requirements for the position:- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience - Excellent phone skills - Knowledge of insurance verification - Previous experience in home medical equipment preferredThe maintenance technician is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining oxygen and respiratory equipment. Duties include keeping maintenance records, performing preventative maintenance on oxygen equipment, cleaning oxygen and respiratory equipment, and repairing equipment as needed. The maintenance technician must be able to service equipment in a timely and efficient manner to meet the inventory needs of the company and adhere to industry regulations and manufacturer specifications. The position is full time, Monday through Friday. Minimum requirements for the position:- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent - Be able to repetitively lift up to 160 poundsThe service technician ensures safe delivery, setup, and use of oxygen and related equipment. Duties include loading/unloading trucks and delivering oxygen equipment to customers in their home or long term care facility. In addition, service technicians must maintain a thorough understanding of the proper use, safety, and maintenance of all equipment and be able to educate customers in the safe and proper use of that equipment. St. Paul Branch: The position is full time, with day and evening shifts, and some on-call time required. Work weeks generally are Monday through Friday, but we occasionally need alternative schedules. However, these positions would still provide the opportunity to change schedules as an opening arises. All Other Branches: The position is full time Monday through Friday, with some on-call time required. Minimum requirements for the position:- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent - Be able to obtain a commercial driver's license - Pass a DOT physical - Acceptable motor vehicle record - Undergo required background check - Must be able to repetitively lift up to 160 pounds - Ability to drive up to 10 hours per day |
